摘要：我国正积极推动“互联网+”行动计划，由此将对各行各业产生深远影响。深入剖析房地产业面临的主要问题，从管理库存、发现机遇、推动创新角度分析“互联网+”在我国房地产业应用的机遇和挑战，并提出“互联网+”在房地产业中应用的方向，为房地产业积极把握“互联网+”行动计划的契机谋求自身发展提供借鉴。

Abstract：China is actively promoting the internet+ action plan currently，having greater and deeper impact on all industries. The paper makes thorough analysis on main problems faced by the real estate industry，analyzes opportunities and challenges that the internet+ action plan applied in the real estate industry from the perspective of management inventory，opportunity discovery and innovation promotion，proposes directions of internet+ applied in the real estate industry，provides reference for the real estate industry to positively grasp the opportunities to keep continual development.
