摘要：为探索国家新型城镇化背景下的城中村改造有效路径，在分析城中村全面改造问题基础上，提出智慧城中村的构想，设计智慧城中村的建设与运营框架；并从智慧城中村内涵、必要性及可行性方面，分析论证其适用性；最后，从项目组织、项目融资、项目运营方面提出智慧城中村建设与运营框架的应用要点。

Abstract：To explore an efficient path of urban village renovation under the background of China’s new urbanization plan，based on the summary of the difficulties of the Demolish-Rebuild mode of urban village renovation，this paper puts forward the idea of smart urban village and designs its constructing and operating framework. This paper also does a connotation explanation and a necessity and feasibility analysis of smart urban village，and the result shows that smart urban village is applicable. Finally，from the project organization，project financing and project operation，this paper points out some application keys for the framework.
