既有住宅节能改造的节能收益研究—以济南慧都园小区为例

摘要:既有住宅节能改造被视为一项有效的节能减排策略。以济南慧都园小区三栋既有住宅节能改造为例,利用DeST-h测算理论节能收益,利用抄表拆分法估算实际节能收益,证实理论和实际节能收益之间存在回弹效应;从居民生活方式角度分析原因,并据此提出降低住宅节能改造回弹效应的建议。

Abstract:Energy-efficient renovation of existing residential buildings is regarded as an effective strategy for energy saving and greenhouse gas emission reduction. The paper selects three residential buildings in Huiduyuan neighborhood of Jinan city as case buildings,predicts theoretical energy-saving benefits of renovation by DeST-h,and calculates the actual value by analyzing monthly electric recording tables with local climate,proves rebound effect existing. Then analyzes the reasons from the viewpoint of occupant lifestyles,and proposes advice for lowering rebound effect after existing residential building retrofits.
