摘要：近年来建筑施工安全事故频发，造成一定的人员伤亡和经济损失，加强工程安全管理迫在眉睫。在梳理、分析我国建筑行业安全管理问题的基础上，提出第三方安全管理的思路，构建第三方安全管理的模式，并以建设项目案例予以说明，为减少安全事故提高工程建设安全管理水平提供参考。

Abstract：Accidents in construction frequently happens in recent years，caused death and financial losses，strengthen safety management is urgent. This paper puts forward the thinking of superiority of the third party based on analyzing the present situation and problems in safety management of construction industry in China，builds the safety management mode of the third party，and explains with the example of construction project，provides suggestions for reducing accidents to improve the level of safety management of construction.
