项目群利益相关者分层管理体系设计

摘要:为了提高项目群利益相关者管理的效率,结合项目群利益相关者构成的复杂性和其影响范围的不同,提出项目群利益相关者管理的分层管理体系。该体系将项目群的利益相关者按照其影响(或受影响)的范围分为三层:企业层次、项目群层次和单项目层次,提出分层管理与跨层管理的基本原则,明确各管理层的基本管理范围,并建立利益相关者分层管理流程。关键词:项目群;利益相关者;分层管理;原则;体系Abstract:To improve the efficiency of stakeholder management in project group,proposes a hierarchy management structure for stakeholder in project group based on the analysis of the complexity of the stakeholders’ components and the influence range of them. Then,layers the stakeholders of project group according to the range of their effects:the company level,the project group level and single project level. At the same time,sets up the rules of layered and the rules of cross-layer to define how to set up the hierarchy management structure,establishes hierarchical management process of stakeholder in project group.Keywords:project group;stakeholders;hierarchy management;rules;system参考文献[1] Ginger Levin.
