摘要：从建设项目业主方的视角阐述建设项目利益相关方的协调管理，提出业主方对其他利益相关方的协调型组织集成模式。然后从组织架构、目标、沟通、外延四个角度分析协调型组织集成的基础，讨论其他利益相关方的利益诉求，并构建业主方与其他利益相关者的利益平衡模型进行定性分析。

Abstract：From the perspective of construction project owner，expounds the coordination management of construction project stakeholden，proposes the coordinated organization integration mode from owner to other stakeholder. Then，analyzes the foundation of coordinated organization integration from structure，goals，communication and extension and interests appeal of other stakeholders，and makes qualitative analysis of the interest balance between owner and other stakeholders.
