摘要：结合某国际工程招投标的实例，按照招投标工作的全过程，阐释不平衡报价、设计优化、技术澄清与确认等投标对策在国际工程中的应用，以体现投标对策的应用在国际工程投标工作中的重要作用：在高度市场化、高度竞争的国际工程投标过程中，应认真研究并应用针对性的投标策略，才能既赢得市场又赢得利润，从而可供我国工程承包企业参与国际工程竞争参考借鉴。

Abstract：Taking the bidding and tendering practice of an international project as an example，according to the whole process of bidding and tendering，this paper presents the application of pratical strategies of unbalanced pricing，design optimization，and technical clarification in international project bidding. It shows the important role of bidding strategies in international project bidding：in the market-oriented and competitive bidding process of international projects，contractors must seriously study and apply specific bidding strategies in order to win the market and get benefits. The results can provide some help for Chinese contractors in bidding for international projects.
