摘要：首先从建筑供应链的角度阐述并提出保障房工业化建造项目的供应链架构。然后基于BIM技术的功能与应用特征分析，构建保障房工业化建造信息化协同管理平台，进而实现保障房工业化建造协同管理。最后，从建筑产品复杂多样性问题的解决、基于BIM的信息化协同管理平台的建立和保障房项目资源分散性的整合等方面提出实施保障房工业化建造协同管理需解决的关键问题。

Abstract：From the perspective of the construction supply chain，expounds and presents the construction supply chain framework for the indemnificatory housing industrialized construction projects. Based on the function and application characteristics analysis of BIM，frames the supply chain collaborative management platform of indemnificatory housing industrialized construction projects，which achieves the collaborative management for indemnificatory housing industrialized construction. Finally，proposes the key issues in the supply chain collaborative management of indemnificatory housing industrialized construction projects for the government in aspects of solving the complexity and diversity of housing projects，building the informatization collaborative management platform and integrating resource dispersion of indemnificatory housing projects.
