摘要：首先界定公私合营（PPP）项目风险再分担的含义，然后分析风险再分担的致因及其传导机理，并应用轮流出价讨价还价博弈模型分析风险再分担的过程及其影响因素，最后对公共部门和私营部门的风险再分担谈判提出建议。

Abstract：Firstly，defines the concept of risk reallocation of PPP projects. Then，analyzes the factors which caused risk reallocation and the conducting mechanism，applies alternating offers bargaining game to describe the process of risk reallocating negotiations and influencing factors. Finally，provides some recommendations for risk reallocation of public and private sectors.
