[摘　要]　回顾改革开放三十年来中国房地产业的发展历程，探讨改革的起点、改革期间的理论争论，用数据勾勒改革进程，刻画了房地产各业态的发展经过和现状，并讨论了目前房地产业存在的一些问题。

Abstract: This paper conducts a retrospect on the past 30 years' reform of the China real estate industry. It discusses the starting of the reform and the relevant theoritical debates at the beginning. It then uses data to describe the whole reform process, depicts the development histories and current situations of various activities in the real estate industry, and points out some existing problems.
