[摘　要]　从我国建筑业劳务企业的形成来源出发，客观地分析其存在的意义和职责，并为如何规范其有利发展提供了一些建议和措施，供有关人员参考。

Abstract: From the origin of construction labour service enterprise, its duty and significance are analyzed objectively, and some suggestions and measures for standardizing its development are presented in this paper, which gives reference for the related personnel.
