[摘　要]　在总结我国建筑科技成果推广工作现状的基础上，对科技成果推广中存在的体制、市场、产业、资金、人才、信息障碍进行了分析。针对目前我国建筑业科技成果推广工作中存在的主要问题，提出了编制好发展规划，制定和完善相关政策，完善服务体系，建立健全人才激励机制，多渠道、多层次增加投入等解决措施。

Abstract: Based on the conclusions about the present state of the promotion of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese construction industry, the system, market, domain, capital, talents, information barriers in the extension process were analyzed. According to the main problems exist in the process of the extension, Some countermeasures were proposed, such as drawing up a good development program, formulating the related policies, perfecting the service system, reforming and consummating an encouragement mechanism for talents, increasing the input through a many-channeled and multi-level manner.
