[摘　要]　针对重庆市开展既有住宅节能改造在经济上是否可行的问题，在对重庆市大量既有住宅实地调研的基础上，提出了重庆市既有住宅节能改造的典型模型，运用典型建筑能耗表和节省电费计算公式得出节能改造前后的能耗节省费用，并对此测算投资回收期。得出重庆市开展既有住宅节能改造在经济上切实可行的结论。

Abstract: This paper aims at the question that whether Chongqing city carries out dwelling house energy conservation reform is feasible or not on economy. On the basis of many extant residence building surveys, it puts forward representative model of energy conservation transformation of extant residence building, and uses the typical construction energy consumption table and saving the electrical bill formula to obtain the expense of the energy consumption saving and calculate investment pay-off period. The energy conservation transformation is demonstrated feasible on economy.
