摘要：施工企业的安全文明施工管理存在着依据规范计算的安全文明施工措施费与实际支出不平衡的现象。以计价规范为依据，结合实际工作经验，研究影响该项费用收入和支出的因素，探讨该项费用收入和支出的管理方法。

Abstract：In the safe and civilized construction management，the construction enterprises has an imbalance between the safe and civilized construction measures fee according to the specification and the actual expenditure. In this paper，according to valuation specification，combined with actual experience，studies the influence factors of the fee income and expenditure，explores the fee income and expenditure management methods.
