摘要：在介绍IPD管理模式及BIM价值优势的基础上，从设计施工、成本与进度控制、运营维护及组织文化形成四个方面阐述BIM在建设项目IPD管理模式中的应用，并分析BIM在建设项目IPD管理中应用中的障碍，为BIM在IPD项目管理中更好地应用提供相关参考。

Abstract：On the basis of introducing the management mode of IPD and the value advantages of BIM，the paper expounds the application of BIM in the construction project IPD management mode from the four aspects of design and construction，cost and schedule control，operation and maintenance and organization culture formation，analyzes the obstacles of the application of BIM in the construction project IPD management mode and provides relevant references for better application of BIM in the IPD project management.
