摘要：基于现阶段项目管理进程所面临的机遇与挑战，针对建设工程项目管理信息化的滞后性，在进行系统需求分析和系统可行性分析后，构建基于B/S架构的建设工程项目协同管理信息系统总体模型。该系统具有开放性，为系统的维护升级和进一步实现信息共享、集成奠定基础。

Abstract：Based on the opportunities and challenges in engineering project management process at present，aiming at the hysteresis of informatization on construction engineering project management，establishes the overall model of construction project collaborative management information system based on B/S structure after the analysis of system requirements and system feasibility. This system is open，provides the basis for the maintenance and upgrade of the system，and the information sharing and integration.
