摘要：结合BIM技术在国内建筑业的应用情况，系统阐述BIM在国内应用的现状，分析BIM在国内发展所面临的障碍，并为BIM的推广应用作初步研究，提出相关对策与建议。

Abstract：Combined with BIM application situation in domestic construction industry，systematically summarizes the application situation of BIM，analyzes the obstacles to development of BIM. Then，this paper makes a preliminary research for BIM’s promotion application，puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.
