摘要：从市场占有率、劳动力成本、劳动生产率等方面探讨我国建筑业在国际市场竞争中的优势及不足，展望我国建筑企业在国际建筑市场竞争中的发展前景，并借鉴国际经验，从产业结构优化转型、完善金融体系等方面提出进一步提升我国建筑业国际竞争力的对策。

Abstract：The paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese construction industry in the international market competition from the aspects of market shares，labor costs，labor productivity and others，presents the development prospects in the competition of the international construction market，then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the international competitiveness from optimizing and transforming industrial structure，improving the financial system and other respects based foreign experience.
