摘要：项目模拟股份制是项目管理机制层面上的创新。结合股份制的理论，阐述建筑项目模拟股份制的应用思路，即在实施项目经济责任制考核和全员绩效考核的同时，加强股权配置和股权管理，兑现考核和股权分红等，然后分析项目股份制的应用效果。

Abstract：The simulation shareholding system in the project is the innovation of project management mechanism. Combined with theory of shareholding system，expounds the application thinking of simulation shareholding system，including the following aspects，implementing the project economic responsibility system assessment and full performance assessment，strengthening equity allocation and equity management，fulfilling the assessment and equity dividends，then analyzes the application effect of simulation schareholding system in construction projects.
