摘要：阐述项目股份制的含义、特点和实施流程，并以南通四建“奥邦”项目为例，对建筑企业项目股份制的管理模式进行系统研究。结果显示：实行项目股份制管理模式可以提升项目管理的质量、调动职工的积极性；降低建筑企业融资成本、资金风险，创建“和谐”的社会关系。

Abstract：In this paper，analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the joint-stock system of the project and then explains the project implementation process of the joint-stock system，and then as to Nantong Sijian “aobang” project，systematically studies the joint stock system in the construction enterprise project management model. The results show that：practicing Joint-stock project management mode can improve the quality of project management，arouse the staff’s initiative，reduce the financing cost and risk funds of the construction enterprise，create“harmonious” social relations.
