业主方项目管理组织方式的探讨

[摘 要] 基于项目交易方式,分析了项目承包模式和项目管理模式,并对两种模式的定义、内容、相互联系和区别进行了比较,探讨了适合我国国情的咨询式、总控式、实质性和承包式四种项目管理组织方式,为我国业主方项目管理组织方式的选择提供参考。[关键词] 项目交易方式,项目管理模式,项目承包模式Abstract: The project contract model and project management model were analyzed on the basis of the concept, relationship and difference between those two models. The paper discussed four organizational models of project management which included the consulting, controlling, substantiality and contracting.
