[摘　要]　通过对扬子石化生活区当前节能方面存在问题的分析，提出了对其改造的原则、方案和建议，并对其改造方案进行了经济分析，为社会上同类既有小区的节能改造、提高小区的运行水平和经济效益、改善居住环境，提供一定的参考。

Abstract: By the analysis of the problems existing in energy saving of Yangzi Petrochemical living quarters, this paper puts forward the principle, the scheme and the proposals of the transformation and makes an economic analysis of its transformation scheme. It provides a reference for the same kind of residentiral districts' energy saving reconstruction to improve their running level and economic efficiency and residents' living condition.
