[摘　要]　对夏热冬冷地区建筑能耗的构成及特点进行分析, 在此基础上设计出可行的针对大型公共建筑能耗现状统计及发展趋势预测的方法。以合肥市为例对大型公共建筑进行能耗统计与分析，并结合安徽省对合肥市的建筑节能规划要求，分既有建筑和新建建筑两部分对合肥市大型公共建筑能耗发展趋势及节能潜力加以分析。

Abstract: According to the research on the feature of building energy consumption in hot-summer and cold-winter areas, this paper designs a feasible method to statistics status of energy consumption of large public buildings and the forecast of development trend, then it takes Hefei city as an example to statistics and analyse energy consumption of large public buildings. And combined planning requirements of building energy saving of Anhui province on Hefei city, it analyzes the development trend of building energy consumption and energy saving potential from two aspects of existing buildings and new buildings on large public buildings in Hefei city.
