[摘　要]　重点介绍人工时推算的四种方法，即建设投资、设计取费和人工时单价综合推算法，设备当量推算法，工作量工时定额推算法，以及EPC人工时经验比例法；通过介绍设计和施工人工时分配技巧，以及典型的EPC项目经验数据，列举出每一进度时段人工时完成百分数，并绘制典型的设计、材料运抵现场和施工进度曲线。

Abstract: The paper emphasised on four methods of man-hours estimate, including investment-design expenses, man-hours unit price comprehensive method, equipment equivalent calculation method, work load's man-hours quato calculation method and EPC man-hours experience proportion method. Through the man-hours distributing skills of design and construction, and typical EPC projects experience datas, it enumerated man-hours completed percentage in each progress period, and put forward the typical curves of design, material entering into site and construction schedule.
