[摘　要]　基于9个国外精益建造项目的实践案例，分析他们实践精益建造应用的主要原理方法和应用后达到的实际效果，总结他们的实践经验，进而结合我国工程建设的现状，提出了一些适用于我国建筑业实践精益建造的措施建议。

Abstract: Based on cases study of the lean construction practice of 9 international projects, this paper first analyses the lean principles applied and the benefits realized on these projects. Combining their experiences with our building actuality, it gives some implementation suggestions that applied to our construction industry.
