摘要：以构建装配式建筑产业链为切入点，探讨装配式建筑产业链各节点企业核心竞争力的内涵，包括大力研发核心技术、打造企业品牌战略、发挥行业引领能力、建立人才高地等，并着眼装配式建筑相关企业转型升级发展，提出打造企业集团、高效整合产业链，提升BIM技术应用水平、建立产学研用合作平台等对策。

Abstract：Taking the industry chain of prefabricated construction as the breakthrough point，this paper studies the meaning of the core competence of the related corporation in the industry chain，including developing the core technology，making the enterprise brand strategy，playing role in industry leading ability，establishing talent highland. Furthermore，in view of the related corporation of the prefabricated construction transformation and upgrading development，it puts forward that the corporation should build enterprise group，integrate the industry chain，enhances the level of BIM technology，establishes production-study-research cooperation platform.
