房地产业生态价值链价值增值研究

摘要:为促进房地产业的转型升级,创建房地产业生态价值链,构建房地产业生态价值链系统的价值增值模型,演化模拟各个价值主体间关系不断演化直至达到协同共生模式的过程,挖掘协同增值、资源增值、生态增值、技术增值、品牌增值及市场增值等要素,为房地产业的长期稳定健康发展提供对策建议。关键词:房地产业;生态价值链;价值增值;演化博弈;协同Abstract:In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's real estate,ecological value chain in real estate is created. And the evolutionary game is used to build value appreciation for deducing the evolutionary process until the relationship among the value subjects achieving the synergetic mode. The value appreciation model of ecological value chain is constructed to excavate the value appreciation including synergy value-add,resource value-add,ecology value-add,technology value-add,brand value-add and market value-add.
