摘要：建筑工程与修缮工程的消耗量定额不能完全适用于旧工业建筑改造工程计价。为此，采用相似元法，从人、材、机消耗量角度分析改造工程与新建工程中各工序的相似性；根据分析结果，提出编制旧工业建筑改造工程消耗量定额选用对比估算系数法、技术测定法或借用相关定额数据法。并从规范旧工业建筑改造工程计价的视角作进一步思考，指出其消耗量定额编制过程中的注意事项。

Abstract：Consumption quota of architectural engineering and restoration project are not entirely suitable for the old industrial buildings renovation project valuation. To explore valuation of the industrial building renovation project，this paper adopts the similar element method to analyze the process similarity between the reconstruction project and the new construction from the perspective of labor，materials，mechanical consumption. According to the results，this paper puts forward to prepare the consumption quota for the old industrial building reconstruction project by estimate coefficient method，technique determine approach or copying existing quota data method. Then，from the perspective of regulating the pricing the old industrial building renovation project’s consumption quota，points out the matters needing attention in the process of quota preparation.
