摘要：以深圳地铁五号线、北京地铁奥运支线等四个BT项目为例，在剖析各项目投资建设合同的基础上，分析BT发起人和承办人的控制权配置类型，从而确定BT项目控制权配置的强、弱对BT项目投资控制的影响结果。分析结果表明弱BT模式回购价款调整范围更宽，投资控制难度大。

Abstract：This paper takes Shenzhen metro line 5，Olympic branch line of Beijing subway and other four projects as example，analyzes the control right allocation on the basis of dissecting the investment and construction contract of each BT project. Then，it confirms the effects of the strength of control right allocation of BT projects on investment control. The results show that the buyback price of weak BT model has a wider adjustable range，and the investment control is more difficult.
