摘要：梳理国内外的相关文献，界定合同柔性的相关概念及核心元素，解析其注入路径及柔性与刚性的均衡，探究合同柔性对项目价值提升的效应，提出建设项目合同柔性研究的重点和趋势，以期对国内建设项目合同柔性的研究有所启示。

Abstract：Based on summarizing a great deal of internal and foreign literature，this paper defines related concepts of contract flexibility and the core factors，analyzes the introducing paths and how to balance the flexibility and rigidly，expores the promoting effect of contract flexibility on project value. Then，proposes the key point and trend of constract flexibility，in order to provide enlightenment for the research on flexibility in construction project.
