摘要：首先建立我国国际工程承包业动态演进分析框架；然后根据美国《工程新闻纪录》及《中国对外承包工程发展报告》等数据及相关案例，从国际区域市场结构与业务领域分布两方面探究我国国际工程承包业动态演进过程及竞争态势；最后引入行业结构变动率及总结构变动效益等指标，定量分析国际工程承包市场行业领域的变化对我国国际工程承包业务发展的影响，利于我国承包商把握国际市场变化趋势实现可持续成长。

Abstract：This paper establishes an dynamic evolution analysis framework for Chinese international contractors（CICs）.Using the data from the “Engineering News Record”，“Chinese Overseas Project Contracting Development Report” and case studies，it explores the dynamic development process and competitive situation of Chinese international contracting business from both the regional market structure and business area distribution. Then，it uses industries structure change rate and change efficiency to quantitatively analyze how the industries’ changes in international contracting market affecting the business development of CICs. The results can help CICs to grasp the changes directions of the international market for achieving a sustainable growth.
