[摘　要]　针对我国工程质量保修制度存在的主要问题，从工程的质量管理体制、管理模式、质量服务市场建立和工程保险市场的发展等方面提出解决当前我国工程质量缺陷问题的有效途径，为我国相关部门制定建设工程质量管理的相关政策，有效防范和化解风险，维护参与各方主体权益，净化和完善建筑市场，促进我国建筑业的顺利发展提供参考和依据。

Abstract: According to the main problems of project quality guarantee system in our country, this paper introduces some effective approaches to solve the current problems of project quality defects from the aspects of project quality management system, management mode, establishment of quality services market and the project insurance market development. These approaches provide references for our country's relevant departments to make project quality management policies, effectively prevent and release risks, safeguard the interests of all parties, clean up and perfect the construction market and promote the development of China's construction industry.
