[摘　要]　以加拿大《装配标准》为例，详细介绍了加拿大政府投资工程项目建设标准的内容和深度特点，并以此为基础与国内现行的建设标准进行比较。从内容上主要考虑基本技术要求的引入、例外需求的管理以及全寿命周期优化等三个大的方面；深度比较上主要考虑面向对象描述的确定性以及人员职责规定的详细程度两个方面。最后针对内容组成和标准深度两个方面提出相关建议。

Abstract: The paper introduces the contents and development of Canadian construction standards in the field of public works. Based on the Fit-up standards: Technical Reference Manual, the paper make a comparison of construction standards between China and Canada. The key points include relationship with the technical standards, approval governance and life cycle cost advanced. Meanwhile, also consider the desperation of building and the responsibility of workers as another main comparison point. Some suggestions are put forward in the end.
