[摘　要]　针对目前国有建筑企业经济效益普遍不高的现状，分析了建筑业所有制结构变动及其对建筑业经济效益的影响。首先对我国建筑业所有制结构的发展历程进行了回顾，分析了不同所有制类型建筑企业的变化趋势。同时，对我国不同所有制结构建筑企业的现状进行了比较, 并对比较的结果进行原因分析。最后，采用1980～2006年的时间序列数据对我国建筑业经济效益和所有制结构之间关系进行实证分析。通过分析，试图找出所有制结构和经济效益之间的动态变化关系。

Abstract: Aimed to the condition that the economic benefits of the state construction corporations is widely not high, briefly analyzed the impact of ownership structure adjustment on economic benefits in construction industry. First, reviewed the development process of the ownership structure in Chinese construction industry and analyzed the trend of changes in firms with different ownerships. At the same time, compared and analyzed the status quo of firms with different ownerships. Finally, demonstrationally analyzed the time series data of the ownership structure in construction industry from 1980 to 2006. Through the analysis, tries to find the dynamic relationship between the ownership structure and economic benefits.
