建筑设计企业基于创新激励的绩效管理研究

[摘 要] 主要从建筑设计行业的特点以及竞争驱动因素出发,在对我国建筑设计企业现行绩效评价的主要缺陷进行深入探究的基础上,根据平衡计分卡的基本思想,从财务、客户、内部流程以及学习与成长四个方面,构建了建筑设计企业基于创新激励的绩效管理体系,以期为我国建筑设计企业核心竞争力的培育提供指导。[关键词] 建筑设计企业,平衡计分卡,创新激励Abstract: This article explores the problems of performance management existed in today's architectural design enterprises based on the character of architectural design industry and driving forces of market competition.
