房地产项目委托项目管理实践—项目管理方的工作内容

[摘 要] 在房地产公司和项目管理方相互配合的过程中,由于工作界面划分不清而导致的各种问题经常出现。项目管理方的工作内容包括设计阶段的项目管理和施工阶段的项目管理。只有将项目管理方和业主方的工作界面界定清楚,项目管理才能成功地进行。本文以华漕镇213号地块商品住宅配套项目为例,对房地产委托项目管理中项目管理方的工作内容进行探讨。

Abstract: The authors have discussed the frame for management of separate checking and acceptance for housing, in this paper they will make research on the work of principal project management by real estate developing company. In the process of cooperation between real estate company and project consulting company, many problems incurred by confusion of their work interface. Generally the work of project consulting company includes project management in the phase of designing and the phase of constructing. Only the work interface between real estate company and project consulting company is well determined, project management will be successful.
