城镇住宅建筑能耗与居民生活水平的相关性研究—以重庆市为例

摘要:从居民生活水平对城镇建筑能耗影响的视角,以重庆市为例,搜集相关数据,基于回归分析法建立城镇住宅建筑能耗与居民生活水平评价参数的回归模型。研究表明:城镇住宅建筑能耗主要与城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入和城镇居民家庭人均消费支出等参数相关,通过政策、技术等措施来控制这两项参数,对控制住宅建筑能耗的增长有积极作用。关键词:城镇住宅;建筑能耗;居民生活水平;相关性;回归分析Abstract:From the perspective of urban residential buildings energy consumption that impacted by reidents living standards,takes chongqing as an example,collects the data of relevant parameters. Then,establishes a regression model to present the relation between the energy consumption on urban residential buildings and living standards indicated by the selected parameters. Research results show that the energy consumption on urban residential buildings are correlated with the living standard parameters such as per capita disposable income and per capita consumer-spending.
