基于措施费包干下业主方风险防范—以某施工合同为例

摘要:措施费总价包干是业主较常采用的一种转移风险方式。在对合同双方约定的措施费包干下,分析业主所面临的风险因素,并以案例进行论述。然后阐明业主须采取合理措施如组织、技术、合同等措施加以预控防范,以有效地化解风险,实现预期的投资目标。

Abstract:Measure fee lump sum is a usual mode that owner takes to transfer fisk. Under measures fee lump sum which is agreed by contract parties,analyzes the risk factors that are faced by the owner,and discusses with an example. Then illuminates that owner must take reasonable measures such as organization,technology,contract and so on,in order to prevent risk,get rid of risk,and realize the predetermined investment goal.
