摘要：供应链管理是工程建设过程中最为重要的内容之一。在对工程建设中的供应链理论元素进行识别基础上，针对工程供应链概念与内涵进行界定与分析，并比较工程供应链与制造型供应链的异同，旨在为提高工程供应链管理绩效提供理论依据。

Abstract：Supply chain management is one of the key contents in the process of engineering construction. This paper firstly identifies supply chain theory elements in construction engineering，then defines construction supply chain concept，and analyze its connotation. Last，compares and analyzes the difference between construction supply chain and manufacturing supply chain，in order to provide theory basis to improve management performance of construction supply chain.
