摘要：采用文献综述的方法，研究设计-建造（DB）的发展历史；从DB演变出发，阐释基于不同设计此例和基于不同组织结构的各类DB模式，并给出启示：DB模式的发展与建筑业的发展密切相关，且需积极的研究和推广。

Abstract：Through literature review method，this paper explores the development history of DB. From the view of DB evolution，explains DB mode based on the different design proportion and based on different organizational structure，and gives the enlightenment：DB mode of development and the construction industry is closely related to the development，and needs extensive research to promote actively.
