[摘　要]　本项问卷调查结果表明，工程建设项目各参与方认可各方之间具有共同的目标和利益，具有建立并保持良好关系和以积极态度处理冲突和争端的初衷，但是各方之间的沟通、信任状况并不理想。本研究显示，在培育工程总承包企业的过程中，各项目参与方要从我国工程建设领域的特征出发，制定沟通、协作战略，促进建设领域的和谐发展。

Abstract: The result of the questionnaire illustrates that all the participants in construction engineering admit that there exist the common goal and the benefits between them, and there also are the wishes to establish and keep the good relations and settle the disputes and conflicts positively. But the situation of communication and cooperation is not ideal. This study is conducive for the participants to establish the strategy of communication and cooperation.
