房价与家庭收入社会差距现象的实证研究—以全国、安徽省和安徽部分城市为例

[摘 要] 从安徽省、安徽省辖下的部分城市基本数据出发,分析最高收入和最低收入户房价收入比差距;并用“商品住宅销售额领先比率”的计算方式,初步揭示地区或城市间房价上升的规律和“低价”或“平价”房的稀缺程度。并希望通过这一研究来更好地促进政府有关方面进一步解决“困难户”和“低收入家庭”的住房问题。[关键词] 房价,收入,社会差距Abstract: Based on the data of cities in Anhui province, the paper analyzed the price income ratio between the highest-income families and the lowest-income families. Priliminary result revealed the increased rule and the scarcity degree of low-price or parity houses among districts or cities according to caculation method of commodity housing sell-leading ratio.
