[摘　要]　考察了其他国家和地区的城市更新的内容和方式，并借鉴城市更新中公私营合作（PPP）模式的典型案例的经验，建立了在城市更新中应用PPP模式的运作机制和操作流程，为我国城市更新方式提供新的思路。

Abstract: This paper surveyed the evolvement of urban regeneration content and mode in other countries and regions. Several typical cases were then described and analyzed. Finally, the operation mechanism and process of public private partnership model applied in urban regeneration were established. This research can provide a new idea for urban regeneration in China.
