[摘　要]　对PPP模式风险分担的原则进行了分析和归纳，构建了风险分担原则的运用流程，研究结论对于PPP模式的实施中进行风险分担具有借鉴和指导意义。

Abstract: Principles of risk allocation in PPPs are analyzed and summarized in this paper. Then, application flow chart of these principles are established. The research findings present valuable and positive function for risk allocation in implementing PPP projects.
