[摘　要]　我国绿色建筑业还没有能成为建筑企业具有内在利益驱动的现实目标。我国绿色建筑业建设发展应充分运用经济、法律、行政等手段，完善绿色建筑业的技术服务标准和服务机制，构建多元驱动机制，推动绿色建筑业的良性、快速发展。

Abstract: The green construction has not became its internal realistic goal with inner interests driving mechanism in construction industry of our country. We should make full use of the measures of economics, laws and administration to perfect technical service standard and service mechanism and build multiple driving mechanism so as to drive sound and rapid development of green construction industry.
