摘要：将现代建筑产业与生态环境文明的内涵与特点进行集成，确定研究边界；在评析国内外相关文献基础上，构建现代建筑产业生态环境文明指标体系；基于全寿命周期理论将指标体系划分为前期决策与规划、施工、运营与拆除三个阶段；最后结合各指标的评价要点将其设置为控制项、分值项或等级项，对评估对象予以星级判定。

Abstract：Through the integrating connotations and characteristics of modern construction industry and ecological environmental civilization，determines the research boundary. By analyzing the domestic and international green building assessment system，builds the ecological environmental civilization indicator system of the modern construction industry，and divides into three stages of preliminary decision-making and planning，construction，operation and demolishing on the basis of life cycle assessment theory. Lastly，combining key points of evaluation of each index，sets the elements as control items，score items and grade items，in order to give evaluation object the star determination.
