摘要：分析我国的城镇化进程中存在的政府角色错位、内在驱动力不足、人的城镇化严重不足、布局亟待优化调整等问题；然后指出推进城镇化需要关注产业经济发展、城镇文化建设与制度创新等三个发展维度；最后提出我国社会的城镇化的实现路径，包括培育与发展民营经济、创新政府职能、妥善解决“三农问题”问题。

Abstract：First，analyzes the China’s current urbanization existing problem，including dislocation government role in the urbanization process，the insufficient internal driving force，the shortage of urbanization，the urbanization layout needs to be optimized. Then，points out three main dimensions that promoting the urbanization need to pay attention to industry economy development of urbanization，urban culture construction and system innovation. Finally，puts forward the development of the urbanization of our country’s social path，including cultivation and development of private economy，the innovation of government functions and properly solving the “three rural issues” problem.
