摘要：首先概括城乡一体化发展的新民居建设内涵，然后分析新民居建设模式及经济效益指标，最后以山东省新民居建设为例，进行新民居建设经济效益分析。结果显示，新民居建设后，五项指标皆有正向提升，新民居建设增加了耕地面积，扩大了非农产业，提高了农民收入及幸福指数。

Abstract：First，the paper analyzes new residential construction connotation under the integration of urban and rural development，and analyzes the new residential construction modes and economic indicators，and finally，takes the new residential construction of Shandong province as an example，expands economic analysis. The results show，after new residential construction，five indicators have a positive improvement，new residential construction increases the cultivated area，enlarges the non-agricultural sectors and improves the farmers' income and happiness index.
