摘要：复杂且多变的项目管理离不开有效的控制。基于项目控制的理论研究，分析项目控制的机理，得出项目控制的关键是规范参与者行为的论断，然后探索控制方法和控制系统在项目控制上的应用，揭示项目控制是以项目管理知识体系为理论基础，应注重项目实施全过程中的整体管理。

Abstract：Project is locating on complex and changing environment，the perfect project management needs the effective control. Based on the theoretical research，analyzes project control mechanism，the results shows that the key project control is to regulate the participants’ behavior，then explores the control method and control system used in the project control，reveales PMBOK as the theoretical basis of project control，should focus on the entire process of project implementation in the overall management.
