建筑中可再生能源集成利用的成本效益分析

摘要:以深圳建科大楼为例,利用全生命周期法分析建筑中可再生能源集成利用方式及成本效益。研究表明:不同可再生能源的经济性差异较大,而多能集成能充分发挥各自技术优势,实现经济性互补,并获得良好环境效益和社会效益;总效益对总成本的优势在生命周期中后期显现,但其经济性尚需要依赖政策补贴;技术集成涉及领域广、影响大,需要多方面政策支持提高利用水平。关键词:绿色建筑;可再生能源;技术集成;成本效益Abstract:Takes the building of iBR(Shenzhen institute of Building Research)as an example to analyze the Renewable Energy Integrated Utilization(REIU)model,and its cost-benefit with LCCA(Life-cycle cost-benefit analysis). Conclusions are as follows:the difference in economy is large between different kinds utilization of renewable energy,but through multi-energy integrated utilization we can make full use of the superiority to achieve economy complementary and to obtain good environmental and social benefits. The advantages of benefits to the cost appear in the middle and late period of its life cycle,but the economy still relies on subsidy policy.
